1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FutureMe AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nordic Expert Group Ltd ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

FutureMe AI provides:

• AI-powered aging photo generation
• Structured health and wellness programs (10+ programs)
• Daily task guidance and tracking
• Progress analytics and gamification (XP, badges, streaks)
• Cross-device synchronization
• Personalized health recommendations

3. Account Registration

• You may create an account using Apple ID or Google Account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person is permitted
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

• You retain all rights to photos you upload
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the AI aging feature
• Generated aged images are for your personal use only
• You may not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Resell or commercially distribute the Service without permission
• Circumvent any security measures
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

FutureMe AI, including its programs, content, design, code, and all intellectual property, is owned by Nordic Expert Group Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

User-generated content (your progress data, uploaded photos) remains your property, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordic Expert Group Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to premium features
• Your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
